Refund policy

Do you have an issue with your order? Please contact me roland@bohemiandream.net and I will give you further instruction as to how to proceed.

All returns will require the customer to pay return shipping with insurance and tracking as well as a 10% restocking fee.

Products are expected to be clean, free of damage, and include all product tags and or packaging. 

We are a small shop and every piece is closely inspected all throughout the creation, journaling, and shipping of our products this includes photos taken of the product as it is prepared for shipping so unless you have proof of a damaged parcel arriving at your door we will not take returns of damaged products. If it was damaged in shipping I will file an insurance claim to recover damages so please be prepared to provide photo proof so that the claim process can be started. At that point I will make 2 shirts the size, style, and coloring for you to chose and pick one of as a replacement out of my pocket.
